You Want Fries With That?

Look, not to get all morbid or anything, but life comes at you, good and bad, and it is not always about Fibonacci retracements, options expiration, open interest and the FED. On the good side, we have our excellent proprietor, Mr. TF, celebrating a lifelong accomplishment, his 20th wedding anniversary! Hooray!

But on the other end of the spectrum, we see another loss of life, which from any viewpoint, is a tragedy.

But, there is a point of reference here, that puts events into a different perspective, one that is critical to understand in this perilous time we find ourselves in.

MOPE Lesson

Read these news accounts, listen to the audio and watch the video:

Now, ask whether you were emotionally moved, even slightly, by what you read or saw or heard.

Now, ask why certain facts were put in the story, and other facts were not.

Why was the picture of the 20 year old baby momma holding the bastard child of the decedent shown?

Why was there any mention of “Black Lives Matter?”

Why was there no immediate juxtaposition of the family members’ statements:

“He wouldn’t have done something like what they said he did,” said Justice Ramirez, Sigala’s girlfriend and mother of his daughter. “He knew he had to take care of his daughter,” and ““The police are making false statements,” said Nicole Hernandez, Ramirez’s stepmother. “He was murdered.”

with the video proof of the decedent entering the Walmart, handling the firearm (bbgun replica), stealing it, and the audio of a concerned citizen calling into authorities to report the same Darwin-Award nominee apparently loading the gun while riding towards the Carl’s Jr., multiple eyewitness accounts of the attempted robbery and the justifiable protection of life by the heroic off-duty LAPD officer who removed an undesireable from further polluting the gene pool?

Why was there no factual discussion of why the decedent was not working at 3:15 p.m., even though is family members’ claim “he knew he had to take care of his daughter?”

Why was there no mention that this particular use of firearms for defensive purposes, totally in line with the leftist progressives’ perverted reading of the Second Amendment that firearms are only for defensive purposes and not for purposes of resisting governmental tyranny, was justified and saved lives?

Where was any mention of thanks for the bravery and heroism for the officer, who, off duty, had no obligation to protect anyone in that Carl’s Jr., let alone end what was certainly a life-threatening moment for all inside that store?

Did I write this with a judgmental point of view? You God Damn Right I Did! [said in my best Jack Nicholson voice, ].

Am I being too harsh on the snowflake Hispanic youth, only trying to “take care of his daughter” by engaging in criminal conduct?

Am I being xenophobic by pointing out the ethnicity of the decedent?

Am I jumping to conclusions to support a point of view?

Am I asking pertinent questions?

Well, decide for yourself.

Prepare accordingly.

I wish it were so easy to assist another, abundance. If it were easy to effect a reasonable and rational decision, our existing judicial system would have already been overthrown.

I'll attempt to illustrate just one of the issues I'm familiar with;

The New Mexico State Constitution states that all persons elected to state office will take an oath of office and post bond before they may assume any duties of that office. The amount of bond varies for each particular office and is stated in the law. The state constitution also requires that the New Mexico Secretary of State shall keep a record of who is bonded, for what amount, and for what period of time. The purpose of the bond is to provide a means of removing a state elected official from office. In the case of malfeasance in office the citizens' recourse is to recover damages from the bond, which usually results in no bonding company being interested in bonding that particular individual any further, which then requires them to vacate their office.

Just one problem, in 1968, without benefit of a constitutional amendment, the New Mexico Legislature decided to appropriate funds from the citizen taxpayers to provide a blanket liability bond for all state office holders! There now exists no means by which to extract a crook from office prior to expiration of their term!

In researching this further, we found an instance in 1938 where an individual who had been elected sheriff had insufficient collateral to post bond so the prior sheriff remained in office. Further, we obtained a wet ink signed document from the New Mexico Secretary of State on her Secretary of State letterhead which states that her office has not kept a record of who is bonded, as required by the state constitution, since 1968!

So you're thinking, "so what, everyone knows that New Mexico is a backwards disaster of a state." You might be interested to know that we found at least 13 other states that are party to the same insurrection. Off the top of my head; Arizona, Kansas, and Florida come immediately to mind.

What does this mean? It means that there is legally no one in office in any of these states! There are no judges who may legally review this issue, there is no state governor, and therefore no one to certify the results of state vote counts in a federal election. Therefore, no United States president has been legally elected to office since at least 1968!

We took this issue to the Federal District Court who of course refused to touch it with a 10 foot pole. They told us that we must first take the issue up through the (vacant) state courts!

This is just one of many insurmountable issues with our judicial system as it presently exists. You shouldn't have gotten me started. Incidentally, our last constitutional courts closed in 1978, we now have only admiralty, (maritime, contract, UCC), courts. Is it clear to you now why you are guilty until proven innocent?

Lemming, there is a poster on the

site that needs to hear your post...involved in a case that should never be...

and his own side that I think was appointed will not help him against the big guns on the other side.

Tyberious - 10:56pm

Indeed Tyb. The sooner we get rid of these bastards the better. Surely there is some enterprising feller / group out there that could do the job? (note to the feller / group: "let me know how I can help")

B. A. R.

Tyberious has illustrated an interesting point. The fact that many here responded is more interesting.

Further to the discussion, the acronym 'BAR' also stands for the Baron A. Rothschild legal organization.

Ever wonder why you've lost every time you have attempted to defend yourself in court? Part of the reason is that the 'BAR' has copyrighted all U.S. law! If you attempt to argue and cite the 'law' that you are charged with violating, your citation of their law violates their copyright. You have no right to utter or write their copyrighted law unless you are a member of the Baron A Rothschild legal organization.

I have had more success arguing on the basis of scriptural law, upon which no man or organization can obtain a copyright. As disoriented as you feel when trespassing the bar in one of their admiralty courts, the judge becomes even more confused when you drag him away from his comfortable subterfuge into irrefutable and eternal law. On many occasions I have simply seen the judge dismiss rather than be dragged kicking and screaming into truth.

@James Crighton

The fiat currency regime is certainly a majorly source of their power. But I will argue that the ignorant 85% is the largest component of the power source. Without the masses knowing their power in numbers and holding our Rights to their heads, they allow a handful of decrepit old men to run the world.

TPTB have used the same methods to control sheep, goyim, surfs, workers, and useless eaters since time immemorial!

But humans only saving grace is the arch of freedom and the desire for self determination has collectively be stronger than the maniacal egos of TPTB!

So true Tyberious - 6:46pm post

... about countering the globalists. And the best way - the very best and the most non-violent way of doing this is by adopting bitcoin as the World currency. You may need to think about this a bit but trust me, it is the simplest and most complete way. The clue is in their reaction to it - they are really, really scared of it. And rightly so. Because if we adopted it they would be able to do bugger all about it.

Fight The New World Order

Fight The New World Order with Global Non Compliance

Fight The New World Order with Global Non Compliance

Published on Aug 5, 2016

Understand your enemy, and understand the weapons they use. Then use those same weapons against them. The money system is the head of the snake. Cut the head off the snake and the rest of it will whither and die. There need be No violence, no guns, no banners, no slogans, no group think, just a united act of global non compliance.

Remember that it is much easier to fight for principles than to live up to them and it takes a far braver man to stand up for what is right and spit in the face of authority than it does to blindly follow orders due to fear of the consequences. Understand that we are all one and the key to real change and unity in this world lies with love.

It is time for the people of the world to stop and realise that the divisions that supposedly exist amongst us are an illusion. There IS NO division and its time for everyone to understand the truth of this.

It is through the constantly promoted illusion of division that the system is able to function but in order for it to do so, it needs public compliance.

Stop complying with it and you will shut it down.

Its time for us all to collectively stand together and address the root cause of the problems.

Thanks all

It's only enlightenment but none of this info is actually actionable, meaning ain't shit we can do about. Best we can do is act like the Amish, stay out of their courts, jurisdictions and just be left the hell alone!

Or sit back and hope this mother crashes and hope we are not in the way.
