The Imperial Presidency

Mon, Mar 2, 2015 - 7:38pm

After finding no resistance to his "executive action" on such issues as illegal immigration and ammunition sales, President Woody II is about to boldly go in a direction we should have expected all along.

No, were not talking about martial law...yet. Instead, at today's daily White House press briefing, we learned this:

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest confirmed Monday that President Obama is "very interested" in the idea of raising taxes through unilateral executive action.

"The president certainly has not indicated any reticence in using his executive authority to try and advance an agenda that benefits middle class Americans," Earnest said in response to a question about Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) calling on Obama to raise more than $100 billion in taxes through IRS executive action.

"Now I don't want to leave you with the impression that there is some imminent announcement, there is not, at least that I know of," Earnest continued. "But the president has asked his team to examine the array of executive authorities that are available to him to try to make progress on his goals. So I am not in a position to talk in any detail at this point, but the president is very interested in this avenue generally," Earnest finished.

So, there you have it. When there is no opposition...when the two political parties are simply differing wings of the same party...this is what you get. There is no "Constitution" and there are no silly, arcane notions such as "separation of powers" and "checks and balances". Instead, you have an imperial presidency, where the chief executive dictates by fiat and imposes his will, unhinged from the rule of law.

What does this have to do with the metals, you ask? Everything! Ownership of physical precious metal has always been...and always will investment in your personal economic freedom. I urge you to acquire some/more today, before some future "executive action" takes away your right to do so.

@ Swineflogger

You asked some really good questions, ones that I can relate to entirely.

About three years ago, I started looking down the rabbit hole as one who was completely uninitiated, and had build most of my worldview by reading newspapers, listening to Rush Limbaugh on the radio every day, and catching the evening news, usually the Fox news Channel, and would watch their all-star lineup every night.

The first time I listened to David Icke, (It was his first seminar at the Wembley Arena) I literally thought he was clinically insane. So many of his basic premises either made no sense at all, or just seemed too outrageous to have any basis in reality whatsoever.

Believe it or not, just trying to comprehend our current circumstances, the manipulations of the markets, and the history of money, government, and religion, became very confusing unless I looked outside of mainstream sources.

Over the course of the last three years, I have explored science in a way that was not taught in school. Initially, I was trying to understand the works of Tesla, and exactly how it is that he was able to clearly defy the “laws of physics”, and pull electric energy out what clearly appeared to be nothing, of course, through literally months of studying the topic, I began to learn that not only was he written out of history, but most of his scientific achievements and discoveries were also buried, most of his inventions are our nations most closely guarded secrets, and even working with other amateur inventors on the Internet, the most successful simply disappear.

I have followed the progress of certain individuals, until they achieve their goals, never to be seen again after a day or so. Then it is like they never existed. Internet censorship has been alive and well for quite some time.

I eventually learned that the very nature of reality is not what we have been taught, that the exact same force of nature that Tesla was able to tap into, not only pervades the entire universe, but it is also conscious.

Many of these discoveries became blatantly inconsistent with the biblical narrative on the nature of God, as some philosophies, particularly of the ancient Eastern variety had recognized this force of nature going back thousands of years prior to the writing of the Scriptures, but described this “force of nature” in a way that has not been accurately discovered until quantum physics discovered the same forces, and was able to scientifically demonstrate these spiritual principles. A lot of this information has only been available to the public for the past couple of decades, largely through the work of some of the people whom I've studied.

I also started studying some conspiracy theories, particularly when the official narratives made no sense at all.

Once you've determined that an event like 9/11 quite clearly did not match the official narrative, a whole can of worms has to be unraveled. You start looking at the power structure, the nature of those who constitute “the powers that be”, and realize that this particular structure has been in place throughout all of recorded history, and are essentially the same people, or at least the same bloodlines.

You start looking at archaeology, which has clearly been suppressed, and you come up with an entirely different narrative based on evidence that proves that mankind has been here for tens of thousands of years, if not hundreds of thousands of years longer then we've been taught in school.

Researchers such as Michael Tsarion, Jordan Maxwell, Michael Tellinger, Gregg Braden, David Icke, Zacharia Sitchens, and literally dozens of others who have spent decades scouring the world, coming from different areas of expertise, have built a clear picture of the origins of man, which clearly contradicts the “official version”, both historical, and biblical.

Only in the past a couple of months, after literally spending years studying this stuff, from literally dozens of sources, reading countless amounts of technical material related to Tesla's work, reviewing countless books such as “the holographic universe”, and another one known as “the electric universe”, which has a profoundly different scientific basis than what we've been taught, a clear picture starts to develop.

Many of sciences “great mysteries” are easily resolvable from this different perspective.

It's one where spiritual principles, science, archaeology, and even economic theory all add up to one theory of everything, whereby everything supports each other, and there are no contradictions anymore.

Unfortunately, none of this is any part of any official narrative.

Then, for entertainment sake, I rediscovered David Icke, (his return trip to the Wembley Arena), and a man that I dismissed as a lunatic only three years ago, made total and complete sense. It all adds up, the history, the science, the psychology, and the spiritual principles.

You don't get this stuff overnight, and you don't get it by watching one video. You only get it by doing your own research. A lot of this has been covered on the “dots” forum, and has been discussed by many of our members.

Over the past few months, some distinct divisions have developed, particularly when it comes to anything that contradicts biblical scripture, which of course many hold as “the one and only true word of God”, and yet, the evidence points decidedly elsewhere.

I'm sure you can understand that this might be a source of controversy. It may also make some of what is said by David Icke either incomprehensible, or blasphemous.

What I can tell you, is that what most of humanity believes to be true is a complete fabrication to support a power structure that has been around since humanity's very creation. It is malevolent in nature. Guarding these “secrets” has been of their highest priority, since it is necessary for them to maintain their positions of authority.

It is also required for them to maintain the ability to transfer wealth from the 99 .9%, while the 0.1% rule and steal everything from behind the scenes.

Such an education, has undoubtedly changed my perspective on current events, as well as some of my basic assumptions as to what is in store for mankind.

I can't possibly summarize a lifetime of experience and research into one post, I assure you, I've never been one who “just fit in”, and have always walked to the beat of a different drummer, so maybe some of David's material became easier to grasp after just a few years of research.

A lot of what I know is experiential, things about myself, and my life, that I've never been able to explain, at least not until very recently. I suppose this also makes a difference, my perspective might be somewhat unique.

I don't expect you to accept anything of what I've said on blind faith, but I do promise you, if you faithfully do your own research, you will discover what I'm talking about on your own.

I hope that helps.

@Mr. Fix: Old and Confused

I have a great deal of respect for the information and points of view you bring to this family table. That said, I just spent a little bit of time trying to get my old mind around the Icke experience and I must say I am a little "stuck in the mud". While I wholeheartedly embrace much of the structural nature of the evil we face it is hard for an old pig slapper to "go beyond the Willie world" into the Babylonian Brotherhood and a hollow moon. Can you nudge me into a way to get a more well-rounded understanding of this guy? If he is important to you it must be worthwhile. Thanks in advance. PS I not picking a fight I am looking for a better understanding.

The King of America

Wow, only in the USA, a democratically elected King! And four years later you get to choose a new King? That is so cool.

You do know of course, one day, one of them isn't going to want to let go, don't you? Better keep paying them off most generously.

Everything you say may be true...I just think it is unprofessional and Busch League to have a protest about a speech by a foreign political figure before your "own" Congress. They are a guest... not worthy of acknoweledging devisiveness within your own people. Show solidarity through acting like adults willing to withstand any adversity from outside influence.

Demonstrate maturity and sophistication of academic and political thought through being respectful to any ones position before THE elite body of THE country that IS the example for democracy.

I am disturbed that we have fallen to the theatrics of a 3rd world banana republic. It merely reinforces the dysfunctional nature of our current government.

The way a mature democratic government would have handle this, was to listen to the speech, determine whether there was any action to take concerning it (treaty, etc) and if so, hold hearings and discuss in public the merits of the issue. Protest through debate.

As long as we have weak minded children, with no authority to act or represent the people...then these silly, childish, immature, worthless, destructive ways of being a professional representative of the people will continue.

It's not Israel that is the problem but the behavior of our government. Third rate country with third rate politicians.

I think those Congressmen have every right to protest any Country. Including Israel. If you examine Israel's track record, saying that they are in imminent danger of Iranian attack, it is miserable. The only thing Bibi has lied about more than Iran is his lies to his past 4 wives...he has cheated on every single one of them. Character?

wonder why you have never seen this in US press? It has gone on for 30 years!!! He is a pig of a man. He had a pregnant wife at home, while he was bedding girlfriends...what a guy. Think Bill Clinton pig. This is fact. Admitted in divorce court, 3 times!!

I believe Israel can do whatever Israel wants. I just don't want to pay US blood and treasure for it. Come on. And the best argument, if you oppose Israel is "racist!, anti-semite" if you oppose Obama you are racist. Israel is the largest nuclear force in the middle east. If they choose to attack their neighbors, have at it.

We spend a lot of time in here about the Fed. Who runs the fed? Israel? Stanley Fischer is an Israeli citizen and his last job was running the Israeli Fed. Still an Israeli citizen....Feel good about that? This is insanity. And we all subjected to the nonsense that if you simply think freely and observe the truth, that you are persecuting something or someone. Insanity. This is exactly the same nonsense as the Obama election was divided between, you are either for Obama or you are a racist. Nonsense.

Israel was created at the urging of Rothschild

wow. same decade as creation of the Fed. This is fact, not theory.

It has nothing to do with being Jewish and everything to do with total world government. That is opinion. An independent US govt cannot co-exist with global government....and that has been the 100 year plan. connect the dots. drop the religious BS that clouds clear thinking.

Israel, operating in US interests seems to me to be about as likely as Bibi being faithful to his wives. Good on those Congressmen walking out. At least their wives and husbands may respect them.

Israel Before Congress

50 or so of the dictators party not in attendance. What kind of democracy is that? Might as well smash gold.
