And I'm not talking about the National Weather Service.

By the way, did you see this earlier this week? ( OK, so I can understand the whole, "clerical error" thing but what the heck does the "National Marine Fisheries Service" need guns for, much less 46,000 freaking rounds? Seems like a bit of overkill to me, no pun intended.

Anyway...and when I say NWS, I don't mean NWO:

George Bush New World Order

N.W.A. - Straight Outta Compton [Explicit] [HD]
National Wrestling Council

Or even the NWF:

This is National Wildlife Federation: "Now's Our Time"

I'm talking about the NWS - the New World System.

Earlier this morning, I saw this post at ZH ( and it got me thinking. In the post, it's mentioned that Japan has dramatically increased its purchases of treasuries while China has actually been a net seller. The question is asked: "What is China doing with their dollar reserves" if they're no longer buying treasuries? This is where ole Turd's brain started churning.

Two months ago, I wrote this: At the time I wrote it, I expected it to be quite the bombshell within our little "goldbug" community. Instead, it was met with yawns and dispassion. Perhaps that is what I should have expected. I mean, seriously, BREAKING NEWS from a guy who goes by the name of "Turd"? Well, regardless, I stand by the facts of this story and the opinions contained therein. Gold continues to exit "the system" at a consistent pace, never to return.

I'm re-posting it today not because I'm out of material and I need to dredge up the old stuff to fill space. I'm re-posting it because this truly is a very important development and one that, because it's not on the national/internet radar, is being widely discounted and overlooked.

You see, no one on Wall Street or in the financial media has any interest in pursuing this story. The MSM and TPTB are completely invested in maintaining the status quo and they will do so right up to the point where the game is changed for them. China will continue to accumulate gold and silver. They will continue to refine and re-cast this metal into new, standard and official sizes. They will continue to sign and implement bilateral currency and trade agreements that bypass the U.S. dollar. And they will continue to open portals for the international use of the renminbi.

Then, one day, seemingly out-of-the-blue, they will announce an alternative...A New World System that offers some type of gold-backed, international trade settlement, utilizing a non-fiat and sound renminbi or perhaps an entirely new and distinct, gold-backed and internationally-recognized trade unit. One way or another, this is going to happen. The only question is WHEN.

WHEN this happens, the U.S and all the other fiat currency countries will be forced into revaluing whatever gold reserves they have left. This is the "global gold price reset at multiples higher" that I have mentioned before, the result of which will be extraordinary, near-hyper inflation and a dramatic devaluation of the existing fiat. Additionally and importantly, it is through this process that the debtor nations of the world (the U.S. being the largest), will "pay down" the majority of their current obligations.

Again, you must understand that I am extremely confident that this is how things will ultimately play out. The only question is the timing and the specifics regarding which country or countries will ultimately force the issue. For example, it is entirely possible that China won't act independently. Perhaps the major creditor nations will band together. Some consortium of China, Russia and India. We'll see. In the end, that part doesn't really matter. What does matter is that this is inevitable.

Please continue to use this time to add to your physical holdings but remember...The only metal you truly own is the metal you hold in your own two hands.

Also arming the drug cartels

Mr. Fix said:

The United States military has been sworn to up hold the Constitution.

Therefore her commander in chief cannot use them to achieve his goals.

This is why he has the vast majority of him stationed on the other side of the planet, being used as target practice for our enemies.

There is an abundance of evidence that he is arming all of the civilian agencies that are under his control to the hilt.

I'm thinking the Sinaloa and Zeta cartels armed in Fast and Furious, rewarded for being ruthless, could be the shock troops for whoever Obama and Romney's boss is. The cartels never swore to uphold the Constitution either.

Victory goes to those with the most firepower

@ Nana,

Remembering that they are not my boss works perfectly fine until they show up at my door with their guns.

Assuming that I'm still the boss in that particular situation would get me killed.

Anyone thinking that they can create enough firepower to take on our federal government is insane.

Even if towns, or cities, or even countries tried to take on our federal government, using firepower alone, they do not have a chance.

The United States has built the most powerful armed forces on the planet by spending more than the rest of the world combined on it.

It will be interesting to see how our Commander-in-Chief plans on using it when his back is against the wall.

@ Really-

Thank you for the thought, but I have spent the last few days putting a roof on my house, and have gotten more than enough sunlight, as a matter of fact I am nursing quite a sunburn at the moment.

However, a good nights sleep would probably do me a world of good right now.

Paranoid Hypocrites

Earlier I wrote regarding Pennsylvania voter photo ID law: "When completing the application, you will need to provide:

  • Your social security card, AND
  • Your official birth certificate (with a raised seal), certificate of U.S. citizenship, certificate of naturalization or a valid U.S. passport, AND
  • Two proofs of residency, e.g., lease agreement, mortgage documents, W‐2 form, tax records or current utility bill

Were the Nazis so picky?

Come on freedom lovers. Show me some OUTRAGE!"

There was no outrage cause there are more paranoid Hypocrites here than true Freedom lovers. Much easier to buy a gun than vote in Pennsylvania. Go figure. BooHoo, Obama is going to take your guns and steal the election. A bunch of pinhead Info War conspiracy theory.

How many years can you be paranoid before you realize it's all in your head? (It took me about five).

Victory does not go to the

Victory does not go to the one with the most firepower. It is impossible to win a guerilla war, which is what this will turn into IF the people choose to fight. That's what's more important, will people fight or bend over? Personally, my money is on bend over. May be an explosive fall, no pun intended, to the very bad side (societally).

Really- · Aug 15, 2012 - 11:58pm

@Mr. Fix

Ah, maybe the problem was too much sun while on the roof. Just kidding. I think in these times it's too easy to get caught up in conspiracy theories. Make sure you are taking some time to enjoy life. One thing I do agree with you on 100%, a good night sleep would be awesome. Good luck.

Mr. Fix - Firepower

".... until they show up at my door....."

Very wise advice. I read a book by a special ops ex-military guy (sorry, forget the name, but he was fairly well known in the self-defense industry). Just a ridiculous amount of details, enough to go completely over-the-top if you chose to do so.

He had a very, very brief section on what to do if the feds showed up at the door. Surrender, and live to fight another day. Stated that they are NOT interested in a fair fight, and will have you out-gunned 10,000 to 1 in fire power. Said it is a situation you can not win.

· Aug 16, 2012 - 12:08am

As long as we keep talking about firearms and ammunition...

A friend of mine is considering his first pistol purchase and he is wondering what sort of ammunition is readily available. He is thinking that being able to get ammunition is as least as important as the kind of weapon he owns.

If one were to strike a balance among stopping power, accuracy and availability (and maybe price as well) what would be a good choice of ammunition and what would be the best delivery system for it?

Keep in mind my friend trained on an M-16, but that was few decades ago, and he has not had a firearm in his hand since.

Mr. Fix Puck Smith · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:13am

Good flick.......

@Puck T Smith,

Thanks for the refresher course, and I've been aware of those principles for the vast majority of my life, but was not able to articulate it quite as well as that movie.

Thank you.

Really- Puck Smith · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:18am

If it really has been "decades" since your friend had any training on a gun, I would first recommend a shotgun. A quality 12 gauge shotgun is going to be cheaper than a handgun. And best of all it won't take much practice to strike that balance with stopping power, accuracy and availability.

Libero Puck Smith · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:19am

Puck T.

9 mm ammo. Beretta 92.

Mr. Fix Puck Smith · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:21am

Firearms for your friend?

My favorite is simply an old 12gauge shotgun,

it usually gets the job done.

 Works for me.

Nana · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:22am

@ Mr. Fix

I would venture to say most on this site knows something is going on, something is amiss, that is why they are here.

But how many know the true magnitude of the deception that has been carefully crafted, woven by the elites/EE to keep most of the world ignorant, poor, slaves, asleep and controlled.

Case in point, You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink or I am a Christian (and make no apologies for it), it is my job to share the gospel but I can't make anyone believe.....

All you can do is share what is going on but you can't make anyone learn, they have to do that on their own. Some will question, some will take heed, some will mock but the saddest thing is those who chose to remain willfully ignorant, not only do they put their own life at risk but they put their families lives at risk too.......

Patrancus · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:25am

Curious Pat

I came across this info today from a source who long ago headed into the high country, he is a prepper in the degree that some would categorize as insane, I really don't know anything other than he seems to have sources for his information. The thing that really caught me today was reading about the Akula sub that was discovered prowling the Gulf of Mexico in the past few weeks, and nobody seems to know how, why, or what they were up too. This Russian attack sub

had the resources to fire nukes if it had been ordered to do so, anyways I was thinking about what Col Lunev had written in his book about Russian plans for war with the United States and it just doesn't seem like I should disregard it all out of hand. Anyone else here getting a better feel for what is possibly in the works? All this ammo being procured by the goob is going to end up somewhere, maybe in the wrong hands? His info refers to commandos SP....N...Z which I believe is Spetnaz, though don't know who they are, and I don't know anything other than what is making it onto the net as well.

I have had a very long day trying to make a few bucks to keep the creditors at bay, and it makes me sad that all the while that I am out working my ass off to keep my family fed and clothed, their is some potentially really sh-ty stuff being planned for all of us

All of us have heard over the years rumors of foreign troops in the USA. I've always been reluctant to mention on-air because I have no way of verifying the reports. I received a call today from a long-time trusted Christian friend whom I have known for many years. The couple is wealthy and well-connected to movers and shakers in the USA and Europe. Trust me, if they want to "name drop" it's not an exaggeration for them. I was was informed by the wife that they have a friend in DHS who promised to pass on anything significant that would be a sign for immediate preparation. That agent called yesterday. He is hearing talk inside DHS that thousands of Sp....N...Z boys from that place connected to Alaska have been infiltrating from Canada into USA throughout this summer. He estimated the number so far exceeds 20,000 commandos. He advised my friends to take action immediately for food, water, ammo. I told her forget it! You need a plane ticket. The greatest shock to the American people will not be the invasion, but the merger of DHS with the invaders. Then they will understand the purpose of the 750 million rounds of hollow point ammo. Marxist Communist Valery Jarrett is the real power in DHS - not Napolitano. The nation has been compromised and sold out. Colonel Lunev told me in 1999 that the Sp...N...Z...boys will start arriving in large numbers months before the war.

I wouldn't consider the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act "A bunch of pinhead Info War conspiracy theory." Those 'Acts' are in-your-face anti-liberty unconstitutional bullshit. It's worse than a gun grab, its throw you in prison without due process, or even death. I purposely took your quote out of context, just to make this point. We all know the elections are rigged anyways.. where you been?

Most arent paranoid and certainly not hippo's, but are freedom- loving and believe that the second amendments purpose was to keep the first amendment honest. I mean, if your going to follow a contract.. follow it. Although Obama's about as sharp as a marble, he wouldnt DARE try a gun grab... LOL, wouldnt that be suicidal?

The argument "Obama is going to take your guns and steal the election" is something 'the Blaze/Fox' cult believes. This website and the fine people here are definitely not 'the Blaze'.

Observation B4 Bed

It really looks to me that these markets look setup to fall. The equity market looks to have about topped and if it does not get any fresh news(stimulative)we may be in for some more tough sledding.

As I watch the bond market fade away I ponder a couple of things.Market fears about Europe are abating and everything is hunky dorey? Are they falling because the game is up and investors are starting to flee the good old United States investment arena? This should lead to the dollar selling off in a huge way! This would be our best scenario for the SHINY.

Ultimately that is the way it should play out.Man you could really drive yourself crazy trading these days, scary times indeed.

This is why we STACK!But by reading some of the shit on this board today will stacking even matter?

All we can do is PREPARE and HOPE for the BEST!

Good Night to all.Tomorrow is another day!

Thank You, for taking the time to compose and post that, it doesn't sound that far fetched to me. I have been leery of DHS since it's inception.

Prize Fighter · Aug 16, 2012 - 12:46am

Puck, given your metrics of

Puck, given your metrics of pistol stopping power and perhaps cost I would favor 9mm as well. 9mm is the smallest of the full-sized caliber for less than .20/round. I've seen and bought from quite a few different ammo sites all with good results but I haven't found any cheap than Freedom Munitions. As is usually the case in arms and ammo, I think a few guys left a large outfit to start FM.

They not only manufacture new ammo but sell reloads as well known as, Blaster Training Ammo. $179 for 1000 rounds of 9mm is tough to beat. Most places online will run about .22/round. Shoots good and the brass is reloadable. They also have a brass swap system which they will credit to any future purchase.

As for handguns, you can't go wrong with Glock, Springfield XD or XDm, or Smith & Wesson's M&P series. I think Beretta 92f is a fine weapon as well. Never skimp on weapons. Buy it right, buy it once.

@ 145Bluesman

Until last month, I had been posting on a very regular basis at Market Watch,

and had been doing that for the previous three years.

Needless to say, many of my posts were deleted,

they have an agenda and don't want anyone on their site who can contradict their propaganda.

Needless to say, they finally got around to deleting my entire profile, and the 2000 or so posts that I had put there over the years.

I think Turds current site will be collecting many refugees from other sites in the near future,

I just hope that it stays up and running.

Loud Noises · Aug 16, 2012 - 1:14am

I personally think that

I personally think that anyone starting from scratch and wanting to cover defensive needs should go with a 12 Gauge pump and a 9mm pistol. Keep it simple. With modern ballistics technology, the 9mm defense loads are powerful enough that the 1980's Miami police shootout can't really be used as evidence against it. I personally stick with the Speer Gold Dot 124 gr +P... usually available in bulk from a number of online sellers. Good defensive ammo is one of the few things that I would value more than my stack in a serious situation. That's why I covered my bases there first, even if it meant buying into G&S at higher prices.
