Getting Worn Out

I'm glad we have this new site and I'm thrilled that so many are enjoying it and learning from it. This site is about and for you, not me. But frankly, I'm getting a little worn out.

Here are your charts. I'll be out the rest of the day at a fundraiser for an acquaintance who died from cancer last year at the age of 42. Have a great day. Live your life with joy. TF

The constant attacks

The constant attacks on the price of silver have probably worn us all down a little. I'm as happy as anyone that the price hasn't been falling for a few days but it's hard to be super pumped about reclaiming 32 when not long ago it was 42 we were talking about.

what if

we all took a break about thinking about the world and PMs for one week. No blogs...no turd postings. everyone just go out and smell the fresh air. PMs will be hear when we get back in a week or two. everything will be the same or worse. in one year from now will be having similar conversations while nothing changes from the 'trend' perspective.

Balance in life is everything.

on blogs and nymphomania

Turd,

I'm sure this is seeming almost like a 24-7 job for you-- without the monetary rewards. Running a blog like this reminds me of a line I once heard regarding covering a major league baseball team. It sounds good at first, like marrying a nymphomaniac. But in the long-run, it can be exhausting.

Hang in there!

Did you take a walk last night? Maybe so.

Infamous last post from last thread repost. I'm pretty sure I have the most last posts/old thread title firmly in hand.

Bobbejaan...caught your Africa comment. Interesting stuff by all. So much to catch up on.

Took a loooong walk last night and was thinking about some of the comments during the day a bit ( particularly shills) and took a good many of you on that walk with me as I sorted the deluge of information and market turbulence, emotions of the market etc. and tried to let it fall off my shoulders and mind a bit. It worked, for me.

However, the walk was so long that I ended up on the couch transfixed to something silly and irrelevant and had a couple laughs and drifted off early to a deep Oden's Sleep.

Somewhere inbetween there a chocolate chip cookie munch fest took place. I woke up with one on a napkin on my chest when I woke up with the TV on at 1:00 a.m.. I had a chuckle at that moment also.

Mission accomplished. Stress relief did happen.

And to think, none of you knew you went for a walk with me.

We're all in this together. Not financially of course, but in spirit and hope.

Condolences TF...Hang tough Brother

This is a test of our resolve in many ways during these times.

And then the human element reminds us what's really important. Peace today.
