It's going to be a long week...short on economic data but long on central bank meetings. Will we be able to eek out green candles by the time it's all said and done? Frankly, your guess is as good as mine.

So maybe that means we should have a Hat Contest? Let's do! Doing so will help us to pass the time.

For this week's contest, the one winner will most accurately predict the Friday closing prices of GLD, GDX and SLV by adding them together. For example, as I type, the prices are:

GLD 199.64
GDX 29.74
SLV 23.05
