New All-Time Highs For Gold

Sabbatical or no, this historic event deserves its own thread.

It has been a long eight years...but here we are...with new ATHs in both front-month futures and spot XAU.

Congratulations to all of you...for your persistence and for your willingness to remain on this journey, through thick and thin over the past eight years.

p.s. Comex Digital Silver is having a nice evening, too, and just flew through $24. More in the morning.

This time sure feels different.

But I know better than to let my hopes run like the silver price. Sure is fun though.

Interesting times

it's been a long journey, but something tells me this wild ride is just getting started.

Wack a mole or short sqeeze

Agreed, wack a mole or short squeeze. Should be an interesting day.

London Monkeys

Are not going to be pleased as they wake up in 3, 2, 1 ...

And what can they do? Realistically, faced with a 20% jump in silver in just three days, all they can do is cover their shorts.

It's going to be the longest day.

Almost all other markets seem, well, sleepy, in a 'move on, nothing to see here' sort of way. Which sort of says the miners may do 'ok' today.

Will be interesting to see...

How the Western traders respond when they come to work.

Imo, gold will test $1920 from above, as a support line on Comex.

My retirement account...I never thought I'd see the day

I have been extremely busy at work lately, so I haven't been posting here much. Also, I have not looked much at my stock portfolio or made any trades recently. Tonight I checked my retirement account, and with recent gains it has now outperformed the S&P 500 for the past 5 years. I never thought I'd see this day.

Nice to see ya. The Red Sea of Mining is in the rearview mirror. Headed for Green Lake.

Hope all are well.
