Since the entire world is basically on lockdown this weekend, I just thought I might consolidate this week's media and interviews into one handy thread.

If you've made all your preparations to "shelter in place" for a while, then you'll likely need something to keep your mind occupied. So here are links that you might find helpful.

First of all, I was on again with Max and Stacy. Though this episode was recorded last Monday, the content is certainly still relevant:

Also from earlier in the week, here's a link to a discussion with the great Dr. Janda on his radio program, "Operation Freedom": https://operation-freedom-shows.s3.amazonaws.com/MAR15_2020/CraigHemke03...

Next, this Thursday Conversation with silver expert David Morgan was recorded on Thursday morning: https://www.tfmetalsreport.com/podcast/10015/thursday-conversation-david...

This discussion with Trevor Hall of The Mining Stock Journal was recorded on Thursday, as well: https://www.podbean.com/media/share/dir-ys3p2-85b9c8b?utm_campaign=w_sha...

And finally, with the Sprott Money site temporarily offline, here's the Soundcloud link to Friday's Weekly Wrap-up discussion with Eric Sprott: https://soundcloud.com/sprottmoney/sprott-money-news-weekly-wrap-up-32020

Thanks and have a great weekend. And remember, we're all in this together....and we will persevere.

And The Finger Pointing Starts

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/congressman-demands-beijing-pay-r...

First the lawsuit in the courts. Now the first Politicians start finger pointing. Next will be a serious trade war. Then a hot war. What can I say. Sociopaths/psychopaths just keep on giving.

Visited the LCS this morning...sold out

And the owner told me that he couldn't buy it anywhere now.

I'm assuming, he talked about gold, silver coins, because that's what I came to buy for.

If people can't buy metals ...what will they go for?

Mining shares, maybe?...if the stock market stays open.

Miners down but not Great Bear or K92.

I suspect GDXJ and/or other ETFs adding. GBR up 20% to $6.05 CAD and KNT up 18% to $2.80 CAD. Not that the CAD is worth anything anymore but it does help offset losses in my other miners.

Macleod outlook for silver and gold...

Alasdair's latest article...

"The current market hiatus has seen a breakdown between financial markets and physical bullion, with supplies of coin and small bars sold out. To add to supply problems, it is rumoured that the three major Swiss refiners based in the Ticino canton are either in lockdown or having logistical problems.

The dichotomy is between the world of financial assets and the real world of people. Events over the last few weeks have raised the possibility that the central banks, particularly the Fed in whose dollars everything is priced, are losing control over the whole financial system. Normally scared into financial submission, ordinary people are not buying the establishment’s Kool-Aid anymore. They know nothing, they do not understand what is happening, but at the margin they want precious metals at any price.

The monetary find this behaviour unacceptable. They have routinely killed off embarrassing price rises in gold and silver as the means of subduing public interest. The prospect of monetary inflation following a coronavirus lockdown will make it impossible to repeat the exercise successfully, because of the monetary inflation involved."

Thanks Craig

You are the steady eddy that we know and trust for an honest opinion. Never a day goes by that I dont check in to see what you and the homies have to say.

Many rumors of rumors that boomer sooner land to be locked down this weekend. From an Army reservist, deputy sheriff, and city police officer, all second hand of course.

Gas in OKC is $1.15-10% ethanol, $1.45 100% juice and I filled with diesel $1.89. Cheap gogo juice and we can't go nowhere.

LCS is closed, appointment only. Someone called and came in to sell 5 AU eagles for taxes. Read soon after that's been put off till July. I may file on time for once.

Stopped by Bass Pro today to pick up some 06 ammo. Ammo was pretty sparse, no hand gun ammo at all. I did pick up 5 different 06 rounds for the range. Picked up the Eliminator and will get it mounted tonight. Hole punching tomorrow.

Still haven't talked to anyone with Cov19 or anyone that knows someone with the virus.

Central flyover land report ...

Somethings up.

Friend of my daughter called her. Friend's house overlooks I-35 in Minnesota. She just saw dozens of state trucks go by loaded with "Road Closed" signs. No, we don't have flooding issues. That's been a non-factor this Spring. Also, very close friend of daughter is a big city cop. Told her that her work schedule has been changed multiple times today with hours added.

Changes coming very soon. Minnesota for sure. Federal level? Wouldn't rule it out. Time for a quick trip to the local butcher shop. Might have to tuck some extra steak and burger into the freezer. If CV is going to kill me, my last meals might as well be off the grill.

@Mike97

My guess on Great Bear and K92 jump might be their addition to the GDXJ. I didn't check others.
