Can Silver Break Through $36.50 Tonight?

It's looking like we will have to wait till the start of Asian trading before we start to move up past the $35.50 range. I'm thinking we might see some short covering and/or buying in the Asian trading hours that should push silver to $36. The question is then do we have enough short covering to take silver to $37 after that?

you can edit your first post. no need to make mess with another one.

We have broken the wedge so I think we will retest 32-34 anyway..

I'm with Piter

Believing in a re-test of the 32-34 area. No real entry point right now from my point of view. On the other hand silver is not predictable so you never know. ;)

$32-$34 Retest

I think we will have a retest of 32-34 also, but I think we have a short term top at around the $36.50-$37 range this week or early next week before we roll over again. Looking at the charts it appears the bounce is not quite done yet, but what do I know...I'm just a dog ;)

It's pretty much a WAG for

It's pretty much a WAG for what happens tonite.

Would not surprise me at all to reach $36 on asian trading.

I don't think we'll be over $35.50 at NYSE open though.

resistance is 36 and 36.50.

resistance is 36 and 36.50. Agree, should retest lows. Today was a bounce in a down trend. Bounce could continue tomorrow. Head wind now is bond mkt going lower will support stronger dollar.

Short squeeze to $37 but then

Short squeeze to $37 but then I fear a rather large drop to around $30 for this summer. It will be interesting to see what happens in asia tonight. Best of luck to you all.

I'm cautious about jumping

I'm cautious about jumping back in at the moment unless we get a solid bottom. Being a noob, i think i made every mistake in the book...jumped in too early before Turds bottom, didn't set any stops as it was going up, got over enthusiastic when it did go up and then followed it all the way back down until it hit a stop that i finally put in to make sure that i didn't loose any money pmsl. That said. It was a good learning experience nonetheless and i'm hoping to actually make some money next time!

Snooch, in by book, trading

Snooch, in by book, trading and not losing money is almost as good as making it!

Agree - bounce

I am going to agree with day trader dad;

A squeeze to $37 then a drop to?

Can Silver Break Through $35.50 Tonight?

I am thinking it will go up to $36.5 to $37 and then drops back to $33-$34 and maybe even touch the 200 days moving average before it rockets back up during the fall.

Follow Me!!

Gold told Silver.........funny how Silver 3 day Chart looks much like Gold. Other than a couple tiny dips here and there they are similar. People are not ready to give up  on Gold or Silver but they are ready to give up on the market as a whole until some signs of steadiness are shown.

This is just my two cents but I believe anyone with a June 18 call on Silver is more than likely going to lose, especially me having a couple 35 and 36 calls, but I just bought a 34 call yesterday when we saw a near bottom and I believe that we will see Silver hit 38.50 - 39 at highest by July 1, the reason I say this is because of the Economy as a whole and U.S. debt payments by Aug. 2nd could rally Gold and Silver one last time, I think all this takes place towards end of this month no different than Turd explained a while back. If I am wrong........I'm wrong, but I feel very confident we will hit at least 39 by July 1.

Been raising cash for the past few weeks.

Likely to turn it into phiz soon.

Tukey sez this is the bottom.

I think I found Stella on the old turd, I like him.

Stella sees a $1425 bottom.
