Access Restricted Page locks up my computer

I haven't been able to get on the site since wednesday on my computer because of a security acess screen that freezes up my computer.  All the ads on the page seem to be the problem because it freezes while "downloading data http://optimized-by.rubiconproject.com/a/9051/15275/33217-15.js?cb=0.564......

I do not get the security screen with my cellphone, but I would really like to use my computer to read the site.  could you please not have the adds from phishing advertisers on the security screen page?  I don't know how else to get to turd's site on the computer again.  :>(
