Saint Andrews - sas.to/stadf

Hi Folks -

Need some assistance.  WTF.  SAS.TO could have been down today as one of their mines has a temporary issue.  But up 3%.

However, STADK.PK - the pink sheet equivalent?   Well - it is what I own.  I thought it was the same as sas.to - well - its down over 30%.  Can somebody explain to me why that would be the case?

If not - somebody make some money on this arbitrage opportunity.

glaring inefficiencies on the pink sheets.  That final quote is based on one tiny little trade, late in the day.  Some poor schmuck probably put in a market order to sell some, and got taken to the cleaners by the market makers.

First thing tomorrow, it should be right back up there tracking the Toronto price.  Not to worry.
