Police arrest an Occupy Wall Street protester during a demonstration to show support for their counterparts in Oakland

In the end, even though it's just the beginning, it's about dividing us and conquering.
They have done it successfully so far and have a us rooting for and picking sides when it's "them" who have herded everyone up that will participate.
They invite you to stay and set up tents and then crack heads when your all concentrated to break the spirit and heads of the core group who take them up on the invitation.
It's all a distraction from the obvious economic and social turmoil going on everywhere and this is a manufactured event (that's grown legs) that they've invited everyone to.
Beware of the police state actions more then the reasons we think that OWS stands for and who is standing for them. The real issue is why "they" initially invited people to protest and camp out and then went all " jack boots" on them?
Who's behind the mayhem on "their" side and why?
It's not a you or I and who's side are you on issue, it's a "them" issue and why?

The following was part of a PM from me in response to one of our fellow Turdites who expressed their concerns about several things to me. I couldn't agree with them more.
Here is a part of that conversation that just flowed out of me and my analogy of the human condition at present. You may think it's silly, but it fit imho. We all have our analogies.
"Some names have been changed or left out to protect the innocent (Joe Friday)"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I liken the human race to a huge, huge colony of ants sometimes.
It doesn't take much of a disturbance somewhere that they all can sense that gets the whole mound defensive and angry. But they're just not sure why. They feel it, they can sense it, and they see and feel "the situation" and get anxious and on guard, looking for the reason.
At some point they start biting each other and the whole colony is out and looking around for any reason to attack anything that's perceived as a threat and the reason for their anxiety and fear.
I'm not sure why or what it is that is happening to our colony. I sense overpopulation and a feeling of crowdedness due to almost 7 billion people inhabiting the planet and 24/7 human globalization due to constant communications technology. I sense a fear of resource depletion and poisoning. Fukishima and the Gulf Oil spill that no one talks about either. The polar ice caps melting and the world becoming flooded and more densely crowded. All of that and much, much more.
All scary shit to have to think about for decades on end in a 24/7 MSM news cycle. "Modern" man isn't equipped I think to deal with that much information to gaurd against that for the most part is negative, doom and gloom stuff from our own "leaders" almost everyday. (what a joke they are)
I sense a colony looking to or maybe needing to (evolution/survival of fittest etc.) become smaller in order for the rest of the colony to have "more" of everything they felt was becoming scarce. Food, security, habitat/housing etc.
Or maybe it's sunspot activity and massive amount electro-magnetism affecting humans minds and making us temporarily aggressive and not as intelligent on a short term scale during a period of intense stress. That may sound crazy and it's not something I'm into or study or think on a routine basis. I am aware that we are going through a abnormally high EMF period due highly unusual sun spot/solar flare activity. Maybe the thinning ozone and aura's we see all over the place actually mean something and there is a consequence? The EMF's in everyday life our thought to cause all kinds of physical changes and sensory ones as well and thats just on a manmade level from electrical power sources. Consider the suns effect. Possibly.
I could go on about what I think and see from the past, into the present and out into time. But it's depressing if you let it get to you. I think we have plenty of time on the clock and it's always darkest and coldest before the dawn. But when that sun comes up the next day you just have to smile and appreciate it. Everyday.
I don't think we will go ape shit militarily on a global level. It would be suicide for everyone. The U.S. is far to strong for anyone to challenge and I think this moment in history where we are flexing our muscle is exactly what I expected as we grow weaker financially. Were a massively armed fighter/bully/superpower who has seized the moment but suddenly feels he's going broke. We're resorting to what most strong and desperate empires resort to...brute force and taking what we need as we go along.
I've written extensively on the old blog about it. History on a enormous scale is about to happen as we are reshaping the future of many countries because we can do so. Oil/energy and the retention of our source of power (the USD) is the goal along with the influence that's been achieved along the way from being muscular and scary.
It doesn't make it right, but it is what it is. The image of a U.S. war machine (2 nukes in WWII) left a indelible image imbedded in the minds of everyone. The wars and the televised shock and awes etc. has added to the imagery and are by design
This is like a game of Stratego/RISK that the U.S. for the most part has left the rest of the players somewhat traumatized and a bit leery from previous games.
They sit at the board and try to knock over our pieces, but in the end they know ee can just flip the board on them and that we actually want to.
Take care and just love the one your with.
TPTB figured they could control the media spin or co-opt the movement, as they realize they have lost control the violence has escalated.?
Spot on DPH.
Once the President of the USA came out in support of OWS it became clear to me what OWS is about.
Blame shifting. Finger pointing.
After 2 years in office it became difficult to blame Bush for what ails this country and make it stick.
The bankers are the new Bush.
The majority of the participants in OWS protests are useful idiots who are being used to distract attention from the poor performance of the current administration & its communist policies in an attempt to gain 4 more years of power.
Sorry- it is not a noble cause.
The bankers have no power that the government has not given them, attacking bankers is attacking a symptom while the Tea Party fights the root cause- big government running roughshod over the alleged law of the land, the US Constitution.
CYM, thanks for the awesome Mike Ruppert video.
You're welcome sir(s)!
Yeah, it definitely could have been a attempt to make the event happen and document it etc. and it got out of hand. If that was the case then IMO it's a Obama thing and the Dem's having the Prez. power to pull it off. The politics of it is part of the machine and it wouldn't be the first time or exclusive to either party.
But I actually wonder what all of those Mayor Bloomberg comments were about before the protests really got going with him saying... "Expect riots/violence with these financial conditions/people are angry etc." and then they actually encourage and let people get all set up and tolerate it and then change their minds and pounce?
I also wonder why the NYPD and other police agencies have some CIA and intelligence people involved in training or intelligence sharing or gathering before and during this OWS situation.
It may not sound like it, but the "normal police" (bare with me on that) are cool by me and I have no real authority issues and I respect what they do for the most part in a civil way of protecting the general public from petty crimes, assaults, robberies, etc. that a society needs to function without fear in "normal" everyday situations.
I realize that is very broad based and "normal" by me is a cop who is in his car cruising around and checking things out and responding, patrolling or maintaining some type of soft crowd or vehicle control. I'm not referring to heavily armed and equipped para-military types who run interference for the 1% like armed personal guards at taxpayer expense. Just consider the expenses and resources being consumed when a squad or platoon of police do security details and motorcades for the elites. You look at some of these bankers and politicians and it seems that half a police force is at their disposal when they have to be in the public eye. Why is that? Part of their fringe benefit we pay for?
Were paying for them to be protected supposedly from us for their own perceived bad financial behavior that they need protection from us due to their banker greed/policies. It's warped and that's the part of the police state I'm talking about. It's a philosophy and part of the Police State that's almost separate and designed specifically to be "against" the general public from a position of brute force because their there to protect "them" not us. Big difference there.
What were seeing is para-military style behavior that is very aggressive and offensive in a disproportionate way imo. All of those articles we've all read about cross border co-operation between countries in each others crowd control situations if need be etc. They've been anticipating this and training for it and getting advice from other countries militaries also.
IMO, some type of law enforcement/military like "drawing board" and controlled situation is being implemented and studied and being learned from for the future. Their studying us and testing reactions and responses from each side. The military has openly talked about economic stress on populations and the security threat it poses. I think were seeing their war games, so to speak.
You may or may not agree with any of this but the one thing I've noticed and asked myself is this...
If we (U.S. Govt.) are so worried on a national level about terrorists and undesirable foreign threats from people who want to get into the country to cause harm or to disrupt the system or whatever they keep telling us they are on guard for....then how the hell did the people who were actively involved in some of the MENA riots in the Arab Spring get a free pass (security wise/ air travel clearance /documents and a homeland security background check etc) and get a front row seat and a microphone and a platform at all of these protests country wide? They weren't considered radical or a threat or anything but normal and something to be imported here as needed? Really?
Who let them in that easily? Because I think most people would expect those people to get the once over and NOT to be allowed to do any of the things I mentioned and to do so freely. The question is why is it happening and being allowed to happen to the degree that some of the working parts are obviously being manufactured, supplied and allowed and then to only crack down at odd times and in overly aggressive ways.
Why? To divide and conquer by weakening us and to observe the whole scenario from conception while practicing the blueprint for crowd control during civil unrest that they caused in the first place.
That's what I see and it's "them" not us. But you wouldn't know it to listen to the coverage in the MSM and even the (what I call) the Slipstream Media that is under the radar but very left or right of the finger pointing spectrum
The problem is the Central Planner and them.
Friends, watch this video before you choose side and before making your choice on whom to vote in 2012. Data speaks for itself.
"“In normal circumstances, this pitch might be suicidal. But these are not normal circumstances,” said William Galston of the Brookings Institute.
Mr Galston has been reading the speeches of Franklin Roosevelt’s winning campaign for the 1936 presidential election and finds striking comparisons to the emerging line from Mr Obama.
“Roosevelt wasn’t just saying: ‘I am fighting for you.’ It was: ‘I am fighting against them,’” he said."
Here are what we know as facts:
Connecting the dots, we know that someone had been preparing for domestic unrests and they knew where the hot spot was going to be, even before OWS started.
Beyond that, we don't know much. But let me speculate. My conjecture is that the availability of cheap labor is dwindling due to low birth rates everywhere but MENA, and what is left of cheap labor is hotly contested by a growing number of countries. Hence, to the elites whoever they are, it has become economical once again to switch the economic structure to serfdom and slavery. They are preparing the institutional support for that transition, security apparatus is a part of that but so are political, judicial, and media systems. When the transformation is complete, it no longer matters what backs the money. Gold money is just fine with them as they have all the gold. In fact, it is easier to institute serfdom with gold money, as only gold miners can pay back debt with interests.
something that will be ignored...sadly.
We're going down the tubes in so many ways...
As for the "Roosevelt" approach....Just play the Roosevelt videos for the real deal. Pale imitations are just that. Unfortunately,
we need the passion of a Roosevelt (either one will do!) instead of synthetic candidates. Obama, Romney et al.... a pathetic field.
Funny, the banks are pulling back on debit card fees because they're hearing back about it and also people are switching over to credit cards (me, for example, as soon as Wells Fargo decided to "test" the fees in a few SW states, inc. here in NM where we have loads of poverty.)
Apparently, people can be roused to take action on debit card fees....but on larger issues, they stay silent. They probably turn off politics, much to the detriment of their futures and the future of the country
Maybe we've already passed the point of caring about "the country" and are fully into "I've got mine" mode.
I know I feel very little for what is a corporate state...I've lost a lot of feeling about this place.
If I wanted to be hopeful, I'd be thinking that the revolt against the fees means something is changing, that we're seeing signs of rebellion.
Then I hear nothing but right wing talk radio on the airwaves (at least where I live) and say...NAH!
Marines Storm Reddit After Occupy Oakland Shooting of Scott Olsen
Here’s one from Reddit user 0311kilo33:
As God is my witness. I will fight tooth and nail to restore the decency this country was founded upon. The politicians, banks and large corporations have ruined this country. I find it difficult to notice any sense of politeness on the streets anymore. But it goes farther. As a Marine and a citizen I am outraged. I am sick to death of the world my children are being raised in.
So I ask all of you, can you too sense the tipping point? When will enough be enough? If not now, when? I feel the problem is that the average Joe citizen is ignorant and comfortable. These, in addition to selfishness have become the standard for the majority of the population. As long as people are comfortable they remain silent. Well, I’m really fucking uncomfortable and I’m sick of seeing this sort of shit happening. The Occupy protests that are going on are our first glimmer of hope. If we can take this and move it further, get every lazy ass off their rocker and open their eyes; then maybe, just maybe we have a chance.
Semper Fi brothers, and remember who you are. Protectors of a great nation, not politicians or wealthy money grubbing bankers and the like. When it comes time, I know we’ll stand strong.
I am Jay Gentile, the man from the "brother" photograph, and this is my message to you.
My Dearest Occupants,
I'd like to start, briefly, by thanking the staff at Highland hospital in Oakland, CA, for the help they have given Cpl. Scott Olsen. From what I hear, his condition is continuously (albeit slowly) improving, and we owe them our full gratitude for the work they have done, and continue to do. To Cpl. Olsen's family, I offer my sincerest apology on behalf of anybody that has yet to apologize. What happened should not have occurred, and I am deeply sorry for what you are currently going through. Know that he, undoubtably, has great determination, and I hope to see that realized further as his condition continues to improve.
Now is not the time for further anger or violence. Now is the time to hurl logical thought, with rational minds, and calm demeanors. Yes, a lot of us are angry, but that anger can be directed in very productive ways. There is no changing what has already occurred, be it in Oakland, New York, or any other city across the globe. Instead, we move on, more rational than ever. The police, as a whole, should not be blamed for what has, unfortunately, already occurred. The individuals responsible, and their chain(s) of command, need to be held accountable -- not the organization(s), themselves. If the anger that we all feel is directed at the police, in general, then it is misguided. (more..)
