Bank of America Foreclosures Windfall

With BoA in so much trouble, it appears they are trying to become a good neighbor by donating, then tearing down foreclosed properties. But wait! Doesn't donating result in a tax-deduction/credit? Oh, and also, the teardowns can be partially federally funded...hmmm, knew it was too good to be true.
