Comment Box Problems

We made a change yesterday that might be affecting the ability of some users to see the comment box when trying to post a comment. However, it should only be temporary. Please refresh your browser cache by holding down the "shift" button while clicking on the "refresh" or "reload" button on the top of the browser. If there are still problems after that, please let us know by sending us an email through the Contact page.

Shift + Refresh button did

Shift + Refresh button did not work. Tried on 2 machines.  One was Win 7 with IE 8, no comment box appears.  Cleared cache, no change.

Tried on Win XP SP3 machine with IE8, failed, no box appears for comment.  Clear cache no change. 

Tried on Win XPSP3 with Mozilla 3.0.19, success, the comments box appears

lilbromarky1, try it again on your IE8 machines and see if it is now working.  Let us know what you find out... we made a slight adjustment.  Thanks.

Ok working again

WinXP IE8.

Wanted to let you know that although the admin announcement here said July 13 changes the issue started for me July 12 about 2 pm EST.   This is to help you understand when the change affected me so that we might progress through further changes without an interruption in service.

Thanks, HappyNow.  We know what caused the issue, and seems as though only users running Internet Explorer 8 were impacted.  Those on IE9 were not.
