I'm grateful
I'm grateful for this labor day holiday as it gave me an opportunity to read this entire thread from top to bottom, uninterrupted. I tried to hat tip every worthy post, but I'm sure I got too caught up reading and missed several. I'm a stacker, not a trader, but I've been following the Wynter-Benton mystery from the old site and I have to say that this is all great, great stuff that you all have put together here. Thanks for all your effort and I will be following along every day until this drama plays out. The only question I saw that went un-answered was regarding the excavation of old posts related to Chin. I always thought Chin was a shortened version of the handle Chin Music.

Thanks for the explanation of TPTB definition. Interesting tenet requiring pre-disclosure of radical changes. It must have something to do with conscience and hoping to still get to those pearly gates, despite enacting moves that adversely affect the lives of many.

It would be nice if wb can confirm on day 60 when it happens that day 60 has passed. My opinion is that we will see a post on Monday, Tuesday at the latest, confirming that day 60 has passed. They keep pointing to October that the SHTF for reporting the losses... so I am fairly certain day 60 is this weekend.

July 13 I believe if I am not mistaken from the last time the chart hit $36 on silver. So, Sept. 13 is the day we are looking at for 60 days though July/August are 31 days each. I believe there is an Asian holiday on Sept. 12. Interesting timing with the rise in Asian margins for silver and gold as well. And of course 10th Anniversary of 9/11. So, yeah makes for an interesting setup.

Good catch, Good Doctor,
Speculation earlier in the thread about whether this is calendar or trading days. Didn't think about back dating the calculations to the last time silver was below 36.
Don't think they can push it down there again but who knows.
Lot's of interesting things coming to a head.
Anxiously awaiting Wynter's next post.

No doubt Zoltan. I have found this whole WB thing interesting. I've said before it will get interesting when those on Wall Street start stabbing each other in the back to cover their own asses. The quote goes, "All is fair in love and war." And I think this applies here. We are getting near that point.
The other thing is, folks getting religion after they have left Wall Street. At some point these people had to leave either because A. They made too much money and felt guilty or B. Just felt guilty that the system is so corrupt after they did the math in their heads and saw how the culture operated. Either way they know the system has to change.
We all go through points of self reflection in our lives. Do personal inventories. Decide to make changes or not to make changes. Others don't even think about it. In my mind this is a war between good and evil. It's a long standing war maybe in different storyline and a different time. But the theme has been widespread throughout history in myth and legend. It's David and Goliath. It's Star Wars. It's Clint Eastwood. It's V For Vendetta. It's Superman.
I think the idea is that there has been no justice served whether cold or otherwise. There have been a lot of crimes committed, documented, and bailed out. And while a lot of us feel we can't game the system or that our vote doesn't count or that we might not have any control over anything, we have hope that justice will occur. In my opinion there is a collective consciousness that is hoping that something comes of this because it may level the playing field and that maybe we can have some closure because people got what they deserved. That's the game they play.

Sept. 11, 12, 13..
I figured Sept. 11, Sunday, which puts the US on Sept. 12.
I haven't seen a date which would put it on Sept. 13. Perhaps you are basing your date on the closing price of SLV, which is paper roughly 97.5% of physical silver spot price?
Go back a couple of pages.... I think it's Sept 12 for NY / US.
"Announcement" alluded to could be made NY time Sunday night 9/11, which is early morning Sept. 12 China / Asia.
Point being.... I will be in position by close of trading US on Friday.
Spring loaded in the FU*M position.... hopefully. (That * otta keep the lawyers outta Turds hair.)

I wouldn't waste my time at the "screwtape files". Biggest bunch of silver bears and anti-conspiracy trolls you'll find on the internet. Kid Dynamite posts there and seems singlehandedly determined to trash Eric Sprott's reputation - though he hasn't had much luck yet. Brian Flanagan etc stand ready and able to defend the SLV, JP Morgan etc etc and act like any whiff of impropriety is like an impossibility for these entities - even though we have all the JPM and HSBC lawsuits, Morgan Stanley sued for charging for bullion they didn't have, GS paying half a billion in fines, all the big banks forging tens of thousands of mortgage documents - yet to suggest to them the JPM is manipulating silver or SLV might not have free and clear title to all the bars it owns is akin to suggesting everyone in the White House are aliens masquerading as humans. GMAFB.

I wouldn't waste my time at the "screwtape files". Biggest bunch of silver bears and anti-conspiracy trolls you'll find on the internet.
I noticed that tendency, but I was only there for the complete WB posting compilation. I just happened to stumble into a couple of things..
"WB: The message is for Louis Cypher to decipher (pun intended).
Louis Cypher should be able to decode my message and enlighten all those here of what I have already predicted about the next up move in silver.So come on Louis Cypher, you wanted a prediction and I have already given you one. Now decode it for everybody!!
WB: Congrats Louis CypherLC has figured out my message. I think it might be better this time if we reveal the message after the event instead of before the event. Perhaps it will make better theater as they say.Let's see if things turn out as I have said they should.

In short, a test was dropped to the WB group via the Yahoo message board here. LC said he figured the message out, which seemed to be confirmed by the person posting as the Leader. LC answered with this cryptic item on the Yahoo msg board:
"Well it's more to put people out of their misery after they failed to figure out the clue. So I'll put it out there. Physical and mining stocks is all I play. Your playground is not one I play in. Capital preservation is the name of the game for me."
That maked me think the SVM and minors splinter is or was important.
All-in-all, this is why I write all the above: This Yahoo post specifically calls out SVM and how to trade it in this WB SVM options example on September 1st, not even a week ago:
The following reply to the question of what to do with the miners come from a few traders within our group. It is not the advice from The Leader or the group in general.
These traders believe that that best way to play the miners is to 'go for the kill'. For example, the SVM Dec11 strike 12 is going for 80 cents. The 52 week high on SVM is 16.32. If SVM returns to its 52 week high than these contracts should be worth at least $4.50. Similar option plays can be had for Paas currently $32+ with a 52 week high of 43, and similarly with CDE and other mining stocks. You should wait until the HUI index breaks 610 on strong volume and put on these trades.
The difficulty lies in the fact that even if silver breaks $50, these miners may not be at their 52 week highs. But worry not, once silver breaks $50, The Leader has something special to demonstrate to Blythe and the Morgue. Of that you can be sure. So the advice is to buy OTM options for December or later with a price target of at least 52 week highs on the miners.
So... then there's the central bank rumor... possibly China. And another post that discusses could it be China shorting SVM... and somebody else says China might then buy SVM at a cheap price to fulfill that silver as currency peg comment...
Here is the link for SVM Dec options. The call mentioned above is now 70 cents, not 80 cents. Just sayin'...
In any case, a lot of moving parts that could be connected. Or not.
Sigh. Going to sleep. Not sure if this had any value... other than making me sleepy.

I don't think SVM has anything to do with Wynter Benton, it was asked by some other poster if Wynter knew anything about SVM and Wynter was basically suggesting any silver miner should benefit from Silver price sky-rocketing once the game is over.

Since there are other theories now....
Since I really started to note wb's posts and the relationship to the spot price late last 'winter', and hearing about that missile (see "the $700,000,000,000 heist.." thread) launched by an 'undisclosed' party off the coast of Los Angeles, I have been thinking that wb has been working for an Asian sovereign fund (you can figure it out).
It wouldn't surprise me if the corporate entity that intercepted the transfer is none other than the ones wb is targeting.
But maybe I'm mixing conspiracy theories. Either way, the final countdown is underway.... let's see what happens.

If you do The Morgue will take your contracts from you no matter how low you set them. They are desperate and will drop the price $1.20 in a minute or even $5 dollars over 5 minutes just to take your contracts. If you must set a stop limits then we strongly suggest you but physical silver. Because in the futures pit, they will collude to take these (eventual)winning contracts away from you.
