Stroud

Very little work done by Stroud this year and not much drill released. (4 RNS's so far this year). SAS terminated JV this year for Hislop.

Drill results had the best hole of 21metres of 57 g/t silver. This is a lot weaker than earlier results and silence on the drill front makes me wonder whether they hit the end of mineralization (just a speculation). Either way at this rate they will prove the world class deposit early next century and while I am long term investor this is too long wait for me.

I compare their drill results to some stellar results like from V.BBB that hit 95 metres 0f 904 g/t Ag eq. or MRP 17 metres of 860g/t Ag, 16.6% Zn,  3.5 % Pb, 0.3 g/t Au

As far as Stroud is concerned...

I wouldn't touch it with a 1000 foot pole!...It was on "the list" up until about 6 months ago!...The owner & CEO of this "Mom & Pop" style miner...refused to put out any news releases to inform investors on any progress...& appear to not care whether they make money or not!...They are "hobby" miners...& haven't got a hope in hell of getting financing!...Any miner under 5 cents will NEVER get financing!...The discussions on Stroud are numerous...including here...& over on Kitco!...However...you may read pages & pages of disappointment here!!!...

What do you really think? lol  Right now I have CMC Metals, International Northair, and Xtierra as my three favorite little silvers. I would have Apogee in there if they weren't in the location. But if you would have asked me a year ago I would have had Stroud in there along with Cream. We all Know what happened to that one. Right now researching Southern Silver(SSVFF), heard a few mention them.  Any thoughts on that one appreciated. Good Luck Everyone and Thanks.

Now is not the time to add to "the list"!...

I had asked for new additions a few weeks ago...& there were no suggestions!...I don't want to add anymore miners...because adding them now means everyone may be buying at the highest price!...We will go with what is on "the list"...I will not be adding anymore in the near future!...It is time for the miners on "the list" to go up!...So sorry folks!!!...

The TSX Ventures Index (CDNX)...

I noticed when the CDNX was at 1285...ready to breach 1300...& gold was at $1685...that is when our pennies were taken behind the woodshed & had the living daylights smacked out of them!...We are now over 1250 on the CDNX...$1675 gold...& treading water!...Perhaps with $1685 gold & 1285+ CDNX...with hope...wing...& a prayer...our pennies will take off from where they left off...before being rudely interrupted!...If this holds true...then I expect some fireworks to start soon!...Remember...from indications in the past...the penny miners are usually the last ones to go up!...However...if all else fails...then...

When you see the share price go up that high on heavy volume with no news...you must take profits!...It's always better to be safe...than sorry!...I got out at 33 cents!!!...

We should hear some news from them next week...& hopefully they will be the next producing mid tier silver miner by next year if everything goes as planned!...It's been a long wait...& I have lots of money riding on this one!!!...

Funny how malbex is crushed to nothing and the ole ALVLF is actually "doing better"
