Ah, who's ready for another

Ah, who's ready for another GLOBEX FU?

TRX is on fire.  Santa must be the BOS. Maybe he's had enough of the games.  I will gladly sell  him the remaining half of my shares at 4.91. Will re-purchase at 4.53.

NGD in the shitter again. Can only imagine what would have happened if the insider sold instead of bought a gazillion shares.

the landscape

this place is ghostly now like some Stephen King last chapter...

not even Redwood. My chief tail gunner SSK, where is he? SIM is gone for good. Pailin still buying all the way down into Hell?

I guess its just us guys, me the lone Wave-er and the two miscreants Rico and the deserter Atlee.

Still Here

I am still here - heavily wounded - trying to sit on hands for a day or so.

deserter

You say deserter like it is a bad thing!

I prefer profiteer or degenerate or self preservationist

better buy some UCO today. Every 6 or 7 days crude makes a low. check it.

bounce

possibility of bounce into close remains. Lots of depression and pessimism out there, nothing would surprise.

Morris Hubbart buying every bottom in his modified Martingale system may run out of money soon and need to rob the corner Liquor store, Alfie's Liquor and Drug off 2nd Avenue in downtown Vancouver.  Undercover agents have been placed in the vicinity, updates as they follow...

My patience is definitely

My patience is definitely being tested...  This corrective wave in gold should..."should" have been 8%ish at the most and we are now at 9%.  Its not an exact science, so even at 9% its still fits the model, but, its definitely pushing me out of my comfort zone.  I am loathe to sell here though as I do agree a sharp V is coming - the question is from what level.

UCO

How the Generals have fallen, oh woe is me.

Agree on oil. Buy the weakness. Sold one bounce today, will rebuy into close again and probably some related stuff too. Its all a game. The fear-factor is on now.

Maybe they'll start a new reality series "Alfie Fear-Factor"?

Or "Lost II the Sequel: the Ewavers"

Atlee, what Expiration Date and Strike Price are you looking at for a SLW Option?

I keep staring at Tuesday's

I keep staring at Tuesday's GDX candle with that long bottom wick followed by yesterday's bounce. That looked so freaking much like the bottom probe. But then today, that gap down candle fucks it all up. I can't remember a bottom that looked like this. Which makes me think: this ain't a bottom.

SSK

the play long is for Monday-Tuesday.

No way the SweatHogs allow a serious up bounce into OE Tuesday imo.

Setting up nicely now, could go lower until then or just doodle around here. Most of the imbalance is in the selling now. Risk/reward long is getting better and better and by weeks end it should be very good IMO.

Reload your 50 caliber, bogies at 12 o'clock, hold on! Our fuselage has been hit and we are bleeding gas over Berlin but have enough to dump our load and make it back over the channel, hold on!

Be prepared for at least 1600 if not 1580. If it looks like capitulation I will be a buyer there.

I'm with ya SW!

1600 fits the pattern of the inverse h&s in GC, but does 1580 break the pattern? i see a long tail on the left shoulder going down to around ~1530ish so i wonder since i only know some of the basics of TA. can the right shoulder potentially get to 1530ish without breaking the pattern?

Everytime SLW gets to 32.0,

Everytime SLW gets to 32.0, the buying just soaks it all up.  Have to wonder what's in that damn report due to today.  Probably a lot of hot air.

The proliferation of off-topic posts ain't helping. Seems 1 in 5 are on topic, the rest are people trying to be funny or farm hat-tips...

Despite what everyone is

Despite what everyone is saying, this is a bad time to be shorting the market.  It's Thursday, sentiment is off the scale, and everybody's gonads are being squeezed really hard.  Can you breath yet?  Try some CPR and keep going.
